1. General Questions

Do you accept custom orders?
We are an acrylic manufacturer, and we accept designs and images of any kind, including your OC, anime fan art, photos, company logos, etc. We can customize keychains, pins, stickers, and more for your design.
This is my first time trying custom products, what should I do?
1: Prepare your designs/photos/Logos
2: choose the product,size, effect, and accessory
3: upload your files
4: Fill in the delivery details and complete the payment
5: Wait and accept/modify the proof 
6: Receive and enjoy your products!

What is your return policy?
We work extremely hard to ensure that you are 100% happy with the products that you receive from PARAN.
On the off chance that you are unhappy with any of the products that you have received, you have up to 60 days from receipt of delivery to contact us with a clear and concise description of the problem.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order by clicking the link.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. However if we have already started the production, you can not cancel this order anymore. If you want to cancel an order, please contact us before accepting the proof.

We have 4 main product collections, Keychains, Standees, Pins and Stickers.
Kyechains including: Clear/Holographic/Epoxy acrylic keychains, Mirror keychains, Shaker keychains, Candybag Keychains, Thick Acrylic keychains, and Hotel keychains.
Standees including: Acrylic one piece standee, and Thick acrylic standee
Pins including: Clear/Holographic/Epoxy acrylic pins
Stickers including: Vinyl Stickers, Vinyl holographic stickers, Holographic stickers, Glitter stickers,Kraft Paper Stickers, and Brushed gold stickers.
Can you make acrylic products with semi-transparent/coloed background?
You just need to upload the design with the colored background and send it to us in separate layers. We can create color acrylics, whether you want the background to be opaque or translucent.
Can you make the products without transparent edges?
Please note: we will add smooth transparent edges to your designs by default.
We can produce the products without transparent borders. However, opting out of transparent borders may limit the cutting method to laser cutting instead of CNC cutting.
What is the production time?
Different products have different production time.
Most of our products can be produced within two weeks.
Here are the production times:
Stickers: 2-3 business days
No additional technique/holographic keychains/pins: 3-6 business days
Single side epoxy/glitter epoxy: 7-10 business days
Double side epoxy/glitter epoxy: 10-14 business days
Shakers: 7-14 business days
Candybag: 10-14 business days
Thick acrylic keychains/standees: 10-16 business days

3. Service Questions

Do I need to add cutlines with my designs?
We will create die-cut around your design by default. You do not need to add cutlines on your designs. If you have special instrustions about cutlines, please note in the order or upload instruction file with designs.
Will I get a proof before the production?
We will send you a proof before we start producing your order.
You have 72 hours to communicate with us whether any modifications are needed for the proof, and we will make revisions according to your instructions until you are satisfied.
If there is no response within 72 hours, the proof will be automatically accepted! At that point, if you wish to make changes, additional fees will be charged, as the product will already be in production.

3. Shipping Questions

Do I need to pay for the custom fee?
Our shipping fee will include the custom fee, so you do not need to pay for the custom fee independently.
If we receive a message from customs indicating the need to pay additional custom, we will notify you immediately. Please pay the custom as soon as possible and cooperate with the customs department by presenting any required documents to ensure that your parcels will not be sent back or destroyed.
